At Herb Slim, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • A defective package

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the package and product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return conditions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
